Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager Government Banking to manage and grow the banks relationship portfolio with government departments, PSUs, and allied institutions in the Kolkata region. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking skills, sound understanding of government banking products, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and enhance relationships with key government clients, departments, and institutions.

- Drive CASA, term deposits, and other liability growth from the government segment.

- Source and manage business opportunities across payments, collections, and digital solutions.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing and service delivery.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies.

- Achieve assigned business targets and maintain strong customer satisfaction levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Government Banking / Institutional Banking.

- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
