Job Responsibilities:

- As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in driving growth within the General Insurance agency vertical.


Your responsibilities will include:

- Team and Partner Management: Leading and managing a team, as well as fostering strong relationships with partners and distributors to achieve sales targets for General Insurance products.

- POSP Recruitment & Business Generation: Actively recruiting Point of Salespersons (POSPs) and empowering them to generate new business effectively.

- Channel Development & Market Penetration: Developing the POSP channel and collaborating with your team to drive business growth through the open market.

- Product & Sales Expertise: Demonstrating strong experience in General Insurance, particularly Motor Insurance products and retail sales.

- New Business Sourcing: Proactively sourcing new business opportunities through various channels in the open market.

- Sales Planning & Target Achievement: Executing comprehensive sales plans and overseeing target allocation to ensure successful achievement of business objectives.
