- Handle all notices, communications, and queries received from CBI, ED, SFIO, RBI, and other investigative or regulatory agencies.

- Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Credit, Risk, Operations, Business Units, etc.) to gather and submit the required information within stipulated timelines.

- Maintain proper records of all agency correspondence and ensure confidentiality.

- Conduct periodic visits to agency offices for case discussions, hearings, or information submission.

Recovery & Legal Action:

- Manage and monitor the recovery of corporate NPAs and write-off pools through direct follow-ups, legal proceedings, and settlements.

- Coordinate with legal teams for initiating and handling SARFAESI, DRT, IBC, and other recovery actions.

- Track progress of recovery cases and ensure timely closure.

- Liaise with ARCs for assigned cases and ensure regular follow-up on resolution status.

NPA & Portfolio Monitoring:

- Prepare and manage periodic Recovery MIS and analytical reports for management review.

- Monitor the ARC portfolio, security receipts (SRs), and restructured accounts on an ongoing basis.

- Provide inputs to top management for projections of NPA, restructuring, ARC sales, and SR movements.

Financial Closing & Regulatory Compliance:

- Support the quarterly and annual financial closing of NPA and provisioning figures, and coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and RBI inspectors.

- Ensure adherence to RBI and internal guidelines related to NPA classification, restructuring, provisioning norms, and reporting standards.

- Prepare and review Board Notes, regulatory disclosures, and management reports on NPA, restructuring, ARC sales, and SR investments.

- Manage submission of regulatory returns including DSB-RAQ, RBS, CRILC, Wilful Defaulter, and Defaulters' lists within prescribed timelines.

Stakeholder Coordination & Governance:

- Collaborate with multiple internal teams and external agencies (ARCs, legal firms, auditors, regulators).

- Supervise team activities related to data collection, regulatory submissions, and audit requirements.

- Ensure timely and accurate responses to adhoc queries from management and regulators.
