Job Title: Relationship Manager - Family Office Investors

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned professional to strengthen relationships with our existing investors and drive new investor acquisition, focusing on family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relationship Management:
- Nurture and manage long-term relationships with existing family office investors. Act as a trusted point of contact for ongoing communication, updates, and investment support.
Investor Acquisition & Marketing:
- Identify and approach new family offices and UHNWIs to join our investor base. Craft and execute strategies to expand investor outreach through events, direct engagement, and strategic networking.
Strategic Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop investor presentations, pitch decks, and regular communication materials that align with AIF's value proposition and investment strategy.
Event Management:
- Plan and coordinate investor meetings, roundtables, and private events tailored to family office investors.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, family office dynamics, and competitive landscape to continuously refine the investor engagement strategy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or working with family offices.
- Strong network within the family office and HNI/UHNI investor ecosystem.
- Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships with sophisticated investors.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and execution-driven approach.
