The Relationship Manager (RM) - Emerging Corporate Group is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of mid-sized corporate clients. The RM will focus on identifying business opportunities, delivering customized financial solutions, and ensuring strong client satisfaction while maintaining the bank's risk and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Portfolio Management:
- Acquire new emerging corporate clients with annual turnover typically ranging above - 200 Cr.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing clients by identifying cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct periodic client meetings to assess current and future financial needs.
Credit Analysis & Proposal:
- Analyze financial statements and business models of clients.
- Prepare and present detailed credit proposals and renewals for internal approvals.
- Monitor credit limits, usage, and portfolio performance.
Product & Solution Delivery:
- Offer customized banking solutions including working capital finance, term loans, trade finance, forex, and cash management services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, treasury, legal, operations) for seamless service delivery.
Risk & Compliance Management:
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor accounts for early warning signals and undertake timely corrective actions.
- Maintain hygiene in portfolio including overdue tracking, covenant monitoring, and documentation.
Relationship Building:
- Act as the single point of contact for client requirements.
- Build long-term relationships through trust, transparency, and timely service.
