About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Relationship Manager - Emerging Corporate to join our Commercial Lending team. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients with turnover under - 250 Cr, ensuring high asset quality while driving revenue through lending and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities


- Acquire and manage relationships with emerging corporate clients (Turnover < - 250 Cr)

- Structure and recommend lending solutions within policy guidelines

- Ensure credit quality through regular monitoring and early warning signal identification

- Generate income through NII, fee-based products, and cross-sell opportunities

- Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Ops) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors)

- Track and report on key metrics and market developments

Ideal Candidate

- 3+ years of experience in Emerging Corporate RM role with a Bank / NBFC

- Exposure to lending products (working capital, term loans)

- Strong relationship management and credit assessment skills

- Excellent communication, presentation, and execution abilities
