Relationship Manager/Director - Private Banking

Role Overview :

- As a Director of Private Banking, you will spearhead the strategic growth of our wealth management vertical by managing high-value relationships with Ultra HNI clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, orchestrating bespoke investment strategies that align with complex financial objectives while leading a high-performing team of relationship managers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with Ultra HNI clients to ensure high retention and consistent growth in the managed portfolio.

- Design and execute comprehensive investment advisory frameworks, integrating PMS, AIF, and Mutual Fund products to optimize client asset allocation.

- Monitor market trends and regulatory shifts to provide proactive guidance, ensuring all portfolios remain resilient and aligned with evolving financial goals.

Required Skillst :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale AUM and complex investment portfolios for the Ultra HNI segment.

- Exceptional ability to articulate sophisticated financial concepts and investment strategies to high-net-worth individuals with clarity and confidence.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling the cultivation of deep professional networks and the ability to influence key stakeholders at the leadership level.
