JOB PURPOSE:
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships with corporates for gaining inroads for personal loans.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and target potential corporate clients for personal loan partnerships.
- Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- High-Stakes Negotiations: Conduct high-level discussions with key decision-makers like CHROs, CFOs, and other senior executives to gain inroads for product sales.
- Solution Selling: Understand the financial needs of corporate employees and present tailored personal loan solutions that align with their requirements and company benefits.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients to ensure continued business and a high level of satisfaction.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and pitch to contract negotiation, deal closure, and post-sales support.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the BFSI sector to inform sales strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in a CRM system. Provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
