Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Relationship Manager - Corporate NPS Sales to drive the acquisition and management of corporate clients for the National Pension System (NPS).

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with CXOs and HR leaders, onboarding corporate clients, and strengthening existing relationships to maximize employee participation and NPS assets under management.

The ideal candidate should possess strong consultative sales skills, relationship management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Client Acquisition:

- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across Large Enterprises, Mid-Market, SMEs, and other institutional segments within the assigned territory.

- Drive corporate onboarding through the organization's NPS Point of Presence (POP) platform.

- Build a healthy pipeline of prospective corporate clients through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.

- Develop business opportunities by leveraging the broader business ecosystem and existing customer relationships.

- Conduct consultative sales meetings with CXOs, CHROs, CFOs, HR Heads, and senior decision-makers.

- Deliver impactful presentations highlighting the benefits and regulatory advantages of Corporate NPS.

Relationship Management:

- Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients and act as the primary point of contact.

- Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of Corporate NPS programs.

- Provide continuous servicing and support throughout the client lifecycle.

- Increase employee enrollment and improve contribution volumes within existing corporate accounts.

- Identify cross-selling and business expansion opportunities across the client portfolio.

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and timely issue resolution.

Employee Engagement & Marketing:

- Plan and execute employee awareness campaigns, financial wellness sessions, and NPS enrollment drives.

- Organize webinars, seminars, workshops, and on-site engagement activities to increase participation.

- Execute marketing initiatives and communication plans tailored to corporate clients.

- Drive digital adoption and encourage online registration and servicing.

- Coordinate with internal marketing teams for campaign execution and promotional activities.

Business Development & Internal Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal sales teams to generate corporate referrals and business opportunities.

- Leverage existing enterprise relationships to expand the corporate customer base.

- Work closely with Operations, Compliance, Customer Service, and Technology teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

- Coordinate with external stakeholders and intermediaries for smooth execution of client requirements.

Product & Regulatory Knowledge:

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Corporate NPS products, processes, and regulatory guidelines.

- Stay updated on pension industry developments, competitor offerings, and market trends.

- Educate clients on investment options, contribution processes, compliance requirements, and operational procedures.

- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory policies and internal governance standards.

Performance & Reporting:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition and revenue targets.

- Monitor key business metrics including client acquisition, employee penetration, contribution growth, and portfolio expansion.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities using CRM tools.

- Prepare regular MIS reports and business performance updates.

Required Skills:

- Strong corporate sales and business development experience.

- Excellent client relationship management and account management skills.

- Ability to engage and influence senior corporate stakeholders and C-level executives.

- Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Good understanding of financial products, retirement planning, or wealth management solutions.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Institutional Sales, Wealth Management, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, or Retirement Solutions.

- Experience in selling investment, pension, or financial products to corporate clients will be an added advantage.
