Role Summary:

We are seeking a high-energy and "Influencing" Relationship Manager Corporate Salary to drive the acquisition of new corporate mandates and manage employee banking ecosystems in Bangalore.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales lifecyclefrom high-velocity lead generation and C-suite pitching to the final onboarding of new corporate codes.

You will act as the primary liaison between the bank and corporate HR/Finance departments, ensuring that the bank becomes the preferred salary partner.

Your success will be measured by your ability to secure high-quality corporate mandates, ensure a 90% salary credit ratio, and drive revenue through the strategic cross-selling of retail assets and investment products.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with a "Result-Driven" mindset and exceptional communication skills tailored for the corporate banking sector.

Responsibilities:

- New Corporate Acquisition: Identify and acquire new corporate codes for salary account mandates through rigorous lead generation, personal visits, and technical proposal closures.

- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, including monitoring lead quality, consistent follow-ups, and presenting value-driven commercial proposals to corporate decision-makers.

- Corporate Quality Tracking: Maintain strict oversight on the quality of corporates and accounts sourced, ensuring they align with the bank's profitability and risk thresholds.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with branch banking teams and internal support functions to identify prospective leads and accelerate the closure of qualified corporate mandates.

- Employee Sourcing & Productivity: Drive the sourcing of salary accounts from both NTB (New to Bank) codes and existing companies to meet Relationship Officer (RO) productivity benchmarks.

- Revenue Generation via Cross-Sell: Maximize territory revenue by cross-selling high-margin products such as Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Mortgages, and Investment products to the corporate employee base.

- Onboarding & Activation: Lead the seamless onboarding of companies for digital salary uploads and track account activation status to ensure immediate platform utility.

- Portfolio Health Maintenance: Ensure high engagement levels by maintaining a minimum of 90% M2 (Month 2) salary credit consistency across all newly onboarded accounts.

- Service Excellence & Engagement: Organize on-site service camps and financial wellness workshops at corporate premises to drive brand recall and facilitate high-volume account opening.

- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor salary offerings and corporate benefit trends to refine the banks value proposition in the Bangalore market.

Technical Requirements:

- Corporate Banking Pedigree: 210 years of experience in Corporate Sales or Corporate Salary acquisition within a leading private or multinational bank.

- Product Knowledge: Expert understanding of salary account variants, corporate benefit programs, and retail banking products (Assets & Liabilities).

- Sales Process Mastery: Deep proficiency in managing B2B sales cycles, including drafting formal RFPs (Request for Proposals) and navigating corporate procurement processes.

- Reporting & Analytics: Ability to track and report on RO productivity, account activation ratios, and cross-sell penetration using CRM tools.

- KYC & Regulatory Compliance: Strong grasp of RBI guidelines regarding corporate account opening and documentation requirements for varied employee segments.

Core Competencies:

- Influencing & Persuasion: Capability to negotiate with HR Heads and CFOs to win exclusive or preferred banking mandates for their organizations.

- Strategic Communication: Ability to deliver impactful presentations to large groups during corporate desk-site activities and service camps.

- Relationship Building: A natural aptitude for nurturing long-term associations with corporate stakeholders to ensure high retention and referral rates.
