Role Purpose

The role is responsible for acquiring, managing, and deepening relationships with Mid, Large, and Strategic Corporate clients. The incumbent will drive asset growth, fee and interest income, and manage end-to-end client relationships across corporate lending products including Corporate Loans, Project Funding, Structured Funding, Promoter / Mezzanine Funding, and Real Estate Funding. The role also ensures portfolio quality through proactive monitoring and timely recovery, while sourcing new-to-bank opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new corporate relationships (New-to-Bank) across Mid, Large, and Strategic Corporates, in line with defined acquisition KPIs.

- Deepen existing client relationships to drive incremental asset growth and wallet share.

- Achieve targeted fee income and interest income across assigned portfolios.

- Manage end-to-end client relationships on an ongoing basis, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

- Source, structure, and execute corporate lending transactions while meeting credit and risk parameters.

- Proactively monitor client accounts, key market developments, and industry trends to ensure portfolio quality.

- Ensure timely recovery, regular monitoring of outstanding dues, and adherence to recovery KPIs.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and various departments within the Group for seamless execution.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external channel partners such as CA firms, investment banks, and advisory firms.

- Track key transactions in the market and scout for new business opportunities to consistently meet business, income, and relationship deepening KPIs.
