About the Role:
One of our valued clients is looking for a high-caliber Relationship Manager with a background in wholesale or mid/large corporate banking to drive strategic B2B client acquisition and relationship growth. This role offers a chance to transition from traditional banking to a cutting-edge fintech environment focused on digital invoice financing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage mid to large corporate clients for our TReDS platform
- Identify and target companies with high invoice volumes or working capital financing needs
- Drive business development through strategic outreach, referrals, and warm networks
- Own end-to-end client relationship: onboarding, engagement, and ongoing support
- Collaborate with product, credit, and operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery
- Achieve revenue and client acquisition targets in a high-growth fintech setup
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Currently working in wholesale, mid-corporate, or large corporate banking with direct client ownership
- Exposure to invoice financing, supply chain finance, or receivables discounting is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of working capital products and credit assessment
- Proven ability to acquire and manage large-ticket clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Graduate/MBA with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience
Not suitable for candidates from CASA, retail liabilities, or transaction banking roles
