
Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new relationships along with growing portfolio of existing clients, by regular follow-up / meetings with key decision makers of target clients and offering them comprehensive financial solutions and value-add to induce conversions
- Generate revenue from relationships by offering various products and services of the Bank and meet agreed targets on Assets, Fee and Liabilities
- Scoping of existing client base in portfolio in order to identify new opportunities for the Bank on a continuous basis including new clients / products within the existing client Group
- Identify and develop potential customers for the Bank
- Generate and identify new opportunities by understanding the client's needs and cross-sell suitable products
- Credit appraisal preparation for existing & new corporates (including guidance to the ARM), for getting the deals sanctioned and renewed / monitored, negotiation of terms / legal documents
- Coordination with various internal stakeholders to ensure service and product delivery to the Clients in a timely manner including presenting the proposal in various forum
- Identify and mitigate the credit risks, ensuring portfolio quality and profitability
Key Skills:
- Good knowledge on various corporate banking, trade and treasury products
- Good credit and analytical skills are essential
- Ability to work independently for deal closure along with collaboration with cross functional teams to deliver the client
