Relationship Manager (Supply Chain Fintech | Corporate Banking Background Preferred)

- Drive acquisition and onboarding of corporates, anchor clients, dealers, distributors, and vendor ecosystems for supply chain financing solutions.

- Build and manage strong relationships with corporates, treasury teams, CFOs, procurement heads, and channel partners.

- Identify opportunities for invoice financing, vendor financing, dealer financing, and working capital solutions within existing and new client networks.

- Manage end-to-end client lifecycle including sourcing, onboarding, documentation, activation, and account growth.

- Collaborate with credit and risk teams to structure commercially viable financing solutions for clients.

- Drive portfolio growth, revenue generation, utilization, and disbursement targets across assigned accounts.

- Ensure high client engagement, retention, and cross-sell opportunities within mapped relationships.

- Monitor portfolio health and coordinate with collections/risk teams to maintain asset quality and minimize delinquencies.

- Maintain strong understanding of client business models, cash flow cycles, and supply chain structures to identify financing opportunities proactively.

- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, fintech partners, and internal stakeholders for seamless execution and client servicing.

- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments within supply chain financing and SME lending.

- Ensure compliance with internal processes, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.

- Maintain accurate pipeline management, MIS reporting, and business forecasting.
