Key Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly business targets for insurance premiums and customer retention.
- Drive direct sales acquisition, onboard new customers, and develop a consistent lead pipeline.
- Manage end-to-end customer relationship, ensuring superior servicing and timely follow-ups.
- Strengthen portfolio persistency through renewals, reinstatement initiatives, and proactive engagement.
- Generate strong referral business through customer network building and relationship deepening.
- Maintain process compliance, accurate documentation, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong relationship management, communication, and customer engagement skills.
- Proven ability in sales conversion, negotiation, and closing.
- Ability to build a reliable referral engine and manage multiple customer interactions.
- Good understanding of insurance products, financial concepts, and market dynamics.
