Relationship Manager - BFSI

Job Title: Relationship Manager

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years

Location: Kuchaman City, Ajmer, Kishangarh, Merta City, Degana (Rajasthan)

Segment: Commercial Vehicle / Car / Tractor Loans

Qualification: Master's/Bachelor's in sales and marketing

Joining Requirement: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

- Acquire new customers in the commercial vehicle, car, and tractor loan segments.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.

- Assist customers with loan applications, documentation, and approvals.

- Ensure timely collections and support revenue growth initiatives.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan disbursement and servicing.

- Provide excellent customer service to enhance brand reputation.

Core Skills & Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in financial services or vehicle loans.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan products.

- Target-driven with the ability to achieve sales goals.

- Basic knowledge of loan documentation and collections.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.

- Willingness to travel within assigned areas
