Relationship Manager - Bank/Global Capability Centre

Designation: Relationship Manager - GCC (Global Capability Centre)

Location: Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

- To increase the Bank's clientele, find and acquire new Financial GCC clients.

- Establish and preserve solid connections with GCC financial clients and their parent businesses.

- Act as the main point of contact, comprehending their transaction flows, routine banking needs, specific corporate borrowing requirements, treasury services (forex), financial surplus deployment techniques like TDs, etc., and coordinating the Bank's Corporate Salary solutions.

- Oversee a portfolio of valuable GCC clients, guaranteeing outstanding client satisfaction and service performance.

- Keep an eye on the portfolio on a regular basis to preserve quality, reduce risks, and guarantee adherence to internal and legal requirements.

- Develop customized solutions for GCC clients in close collaboration with internal departments (product, operations, treasury, credit, and risk).

- Compile market insights, create strategies, and inform the bank's senior management about business expansion
