The role focuses on building deep relationships with institutions, family offices, and
UHNIs, offering tailored investment and custody solutions for both global and India access. The individual will
ensure regulatory alignment, deliver trusted client advisory, and collaborate closely with partners across Dubai,
Mauritius, and other global hubs on high-impact strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibility Areas :
Client Acquisition & AUM Growth
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients including family offices, UHNIs and institutional clients.
- Build enduring client relationships to enhance retention and wallet share.
- Develop customised proposals and presentations aligned with client needs and objectives.
Advisory & Solutions
- Assess client requirements, existing portfolios and risk profiles to recommend suitable solutions.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless, integrated client experiences.
Market Expansion
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide feedback for product development and market strategy.
Education:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- MBA / CFA / CA preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or relationship management, with a
strong track record in client acquisition and portfolio advisory for HNW/UHNW clients.
- Exposure to cross-border investment solutions and regulatory frameworks, particularly across GCC markets
preferred; experience working with NRI / international client segments (Africa / global) would be a strong advantage.
