Relationship Manager


Role Overview:

RMs manage affluent portfolios, acquire clients, and deliver advice with the support of Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management:

- Manage portfolios and reviews

2. Client Acquisition:

- Network building Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on financial markets, investment trends, and new products to recommend suitable solutions.

- Portfolio Management: Monitor and review client portfolios regularly, providing performance updates and adjusting strategies based on market conditions and client goals

3. Advisory Execution:

- Work with Advisors

- Document advice

4. CRM & Platform Use:

- Maintain funnels

- Use AI RM-CoPilot

- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and fiduciary duties while managing client accounts.

- Collaboration: Work closely with product, research, compliance, and risk teams to deliver comprehensive, integrated wealth solutions.

5. Core Competencies:

- Strong financial analysis and strategic planning abilities.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, financial modeling, and portfolio tracking systems.

- High level of emotional intelligence, trust-building, and client-centric mindset.

Ideal Candidate Characteristics:

- 3 to 8 years in wealth management, private banking, or HNI client servicing within BFSI sector

- Good acquisition ability

- Strong client communication
