Role Overview
Relationship Managers will manage and grow affluent client portfolios, drive acquisition through referrals and networks, and deliver high-quality investment advice in collaboration with central Advisors. The role balances client ownership with disciplined execution and platform-led working.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Portfolio Management
- Manage assigned affluent client portfolios
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and client interactions
- Ensure long-term relationship retention and wallet share growth
2. Client Acquisition
- Acquire new affluent clients through referrals and personal networks
- Build a steady acquisition pipeline
- Maintain consistent inflow of new relationships
3. Advisory Execution
- Work closely with Advisors on investment solutions
- Execute and document investment advice and client decisions
- Ensure suitability and clarity in all recommendations
4. CRM & Platform Usage
- Maintain sales funnels and client activity on CRM
- Use AI-enabled RM Co-Pilot tools for tracking, follow-ups, and insights
- Ensure data accuracy and process discipline
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in affluent wealth / retail private banking
- Proven client acquisition capability
- Strong client communication and relationship skills
- Comfortable working with advisory teams and digital platforms
