Key Responsibilities:
Client Management & Business Development:
- Up-sell and cross-sell with Bank Mutual Fund products to retail and HNI clients from the assigned database.
- Generate new leads and referrals to expand the client base and increase overall market penetration.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing HNI/UHNI clients.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Achieve sales and revenue targets by offering a diversified product mix, catering to the needs of the clients.
- Provide targeted financial advice, investment planning, and portfolio management services to clients, ensuring they achieve their financial goals.
Client Profiling & Advisory:
- Conduct detailed client profiling and offer customized investment products to meet clients specific needs and objectives.
- Provide sound investment advice, keeping clients' financial aspirations and risk appetites in mind.
Customer Service & Satisfaction:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless service and prompt resolution of queries or issues.
- Maintain high service standards to ensure clients are satisfied and continue to entrust their financial investments with Bank AMC.
Team Handling & Leadership:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team in achieving business objectives, sales targets, and client relationship goals.
- Mentor and coach team members, driving a culture of excellence, customer-centricity, and high performance.
Compliance & Knowledge:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Preferably hold NISM certifications with up-to-date knowledge of Mutual Fund products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry developments, market conditions, and competitor offerings to better advise clients and adjust sales strategies.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Experience: A minimum of 11-13 years in a similar role, with at least 3 year of team handling experience.
Certifications: Preferably NISM certified.
Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds, portfolio management, and financial markets.
Client Relationship Management: Proven experience in managing Retail/HNI/UHNI clients with a focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
Sales Skills: Strong ability to generate leads, up-sell products, and achieve business targets.
Leadership: Ability to manage, coach, and motivate a sales team towards achieving targets and enhancing client relationships.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
