Relationship Manager - Bank

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for our Branch Banking Liabilities business. The role involves managing a portfolio of high-value customers, driving liabilities growth, and ensuring superior client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with liability customers (CASA, Term Deposits, and other liability products).

- Cross-sell banking and investment products to enhance portfolio value.

- Achieve assigned business targets for deposits, cross-sell, and customer acquisition.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

- Deliver excellent customer service and act as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 4+ years of experience in branch banking or liabilities sales.

- Strong knowledge of liability products and banking regulations.

- Excellent relationship management, communication, and sales skills.
