Key Responsibilities

- Source and service CASA (Current Account Savings Account) accounts to build and maintain a strong customer base.

- Cross-sell financial products including Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), credit/debit cards, insurance, and investment products to maximize customer value.

- Complete customer onboarding processes such as KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance, account opening, and other service requests accurately and promptly.

- Manage daily branch operations in coordination with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Branch Manager (BM).

- Deliver excellent customer service ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and maintain high standards for Net Promoter Score (NPS).

- Maintain updated knowledge of banking products, policies, and procedures.

- Proactively resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.

- Monitor customer transactions to identify potential fraud or suspicious activity and report accordingly.

- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless delivery of banking services.

- Prepare regular reports on sales, customer interactions, and branch performance.

Must-Haves / Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer handling, preferably in banking or financial services.

- Good understanding of banking products like CASA, FD, RD, cards, insurance, and investments.

- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding compliance (KYC/AML) and regulatory guidelines.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet branch targets within stipulated branch timings.

- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Skills

- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell financial products.

- Experience in handling branch operations and managing walk-in customers.

- Knowledge of local market and customer preferences.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
