Job Description: Aviation Indeed is seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense industry and thrives in a client-facing role. This role will be pivotal in nurturing client relationships, ensuring candidate excellence, serving as the primary point of contact for candidate concerns and feedback, and conducting regular client visits to minimize turnaround times and generate new leads.



Key Responsibilities



Client Relationship Management and Visits:



- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense industry.



- Regularly visit clients to understand their needs, provide support, and minimize turnaround times for candidate placements.



- Use client visits as an opportunity to explore new business leads and opportunities.



Candidate Excellence and Support:



- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates selected by clients.



- Address any candidate concerns related to job offers, offer negotiations, or any other issues.



- Provide guidance and support to candidates who have not received feedback on their applications.



Business Development:



- Identify opportunities for new business within existing client accounts.



- Explore new client leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.



- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.



Communication and Persuasion:



- Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.



- Persuasively present candidates to clients, emphasizing their excellence and alignment with specific roles.



- Articulate the value proposition of Aviation Indeed's services effectively.



Industry Knowledge:



- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.



- Share industry insights and expertise with clients and candidates.



- Be a subject matter expert in the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense sectors.



Reporting and Documentation:



- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, candidate profiles, and job placements.



- Generate regular reports on account activity, performance, and opportunities for improvement.



Qualifications



- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, HR or related field (preferred).



- Proven experience in client-facing roles, account management, or sales.



- Strong knowledge of the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense industry.



- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.



- Persuasive and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.



- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.



- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
