Job Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced and customer-driven Relationship Manager to build and nurture long-term business relationships within the automotive industry.
- The candidate will focus on client retention, up-selling, customer loyalty programs, and strengthening dealership-customer relationships to drive consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key automotive customers and corporate clients.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend relevant products and services.
- Create customer engagement and loyalty strategies to improve retention and repeat sales.
- Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle - onboarding, feedback, issue resolution, follow-up.
- Coordinate with sales, service, finance and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Track client satisfaction metrics and resolve escalations swiftly.
- Maintain detailed customer profiles and update CRM systems regularly.
- Facilitate corporate tie-ups and fleet sales opportunities.
- Conduct periodic reviews and present performance reports to management.
- Represent the organization at customer events, exhibitions and industry meets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 5-7 years of customer-facing or business development experience in the automotive domain.
- Strong communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle client escalations and negotiate effectively.
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
