Title: Relationship Manager (RM)

About the Role: The Relationship Manager (RM) will be responsible for managing affluent client portfolios, acquiring new clients, and delivering high-quality investment advice. The role works closely with Advisors/Investment Analysts to ensure effective advisory execution, strong client outcomes, and consistent engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management:
- Manage and grow affluent client portfolios
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and performance discussions
- Build long-term, trusted client relationships
2. Client Acquisition & Business Development:
- Acquire new clients through referrals, professional networks, and relationship-building
- Develop and maintain a strong personal and professional network
- Contribute to overall business growth and revenue targets
3. Advisory Execution:
- Work closely with Advisors / Investment Analysts to design and deliver investment solutions
- Ensure accurate documentation of investment advice and recommendations
- Adhere to internal processes and regulatory guidelines
4. CRM & Platform Usage:
- Maintain sales funnels, client records, and activity updates in the CRM
- Effectively use digital platforms and AI-enabled RM tools (RM Co-Pilot) to enhance productivity and client engagement
Requirement:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in affluent / HNI wealth management
- Strong client acquisition and relationship-building ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Client-centric mindset with a good understanding of investment advisory products
