Role Overview:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding affluent client relationships, delivering personalized investment advisory solutions, and driving long-term portfolio growth. The role involves close collaboration with investment advisory and research teams to ensure effective execution of client strategies and consistent engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Portfolio Management:
- Manage assigned affluent client portfolios and act as the primary point of contact
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and performance discussions
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships through regular engagement and proactive advisory
Client Acquisition & Business Growth:
- Acquire new affluent clients through referrals, professional networks, and relationship-building activities
- Develop and maintain a strong personal network to support ongoing business growth
- Contribute towards revenue generation and overall business targets
Advisory Execution & Coordination:
- Partner with Advisors and Investment Analysts to structure and deliver suitable investment solutions
- Ensure accurate execution and documentation of investment advice
- Follow internal processes and comply with regulatory and governance requirements
CRM & Digital Platform Utilisation:
- Maintain client data, pipelines, and interaction history in CRM systems
- Leverage digital advisory platforms and RM productivity tools to improve engagement and efficiency
Candidate Requirements:
- 3-8 years of experience in affluent / HNI wealth management or advisory roles
- Proven ability in client acquisition and relationship management
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Client-focused mindset with a sound understanding of investment advisory products
- Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-driven advisory environment
