Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager TASC to join one of the leading banks in Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with Trusts, Associations, Societies, and other institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new TASC clients and deepen existing relationships through effective account management.

- Identify business opportunities and provide tailored banking solutions to institutional customers.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service delivery and proactive relationship management.

- Achieve assigned business targets in deposits, fee income, and cross-selling of banking products.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service for TASC clients.

- Maintain compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably in Finance, Commerce, or Business Management).

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in relationship management, preferably in TASC / Institutional Banking.

- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

- Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to business development.
