About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to drive Mutual Fund sales and strengthen client relationships. The role involves managing Retail and HNI clients, upselling investment products, and delivering superior customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Upsell Prudential Mutual Fund products to Retail and HNI clients from the assigned database.

- Generate new business through referrals and networking to expand the client base.

- Profile customers to identify their financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.

- Ensure high standards of client servicing and act as a single point of contact for all client needs.

- Provide personalized investment planning and advisory support to clients.

- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets across multiple product categories.

- Acquire and service HNI/UHNI customers, ensuring long-term relationship management and portfolio growth.

- Maintain thorough knowledge of market trends and Prudential product offerings to effectively meet client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

- NISM Certification preferred.

- Proven experience in managing Retail/HNI clients, preferably in Mutual Funds or Wealth Management.

- Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning, and asset allocation.

- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

- Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-oriented professional.
