About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager with a strong background in the automotive passenger vehicle industry to manage client relationships and deliver projects to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) clients. This role requires a proactive professional who can combine technical understanding with client management skills to ensure successful project delivery and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM clients in the automotive passenger vehicle sector.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions effectively.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management.
- Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project governance standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5-9 years of experience in the automotive passenger vehicle industry, preferably with exposure to OEM clients.
- Proven experience in project delivery and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and passenger vehicle systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
