Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our sales operations in West India, covering Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the tyre industry or similar domains (battery, lubricants, auto ancillary) with a proven track record in dealer management, distribution, and channel sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Build and expand the dealer and distributor network across West India.

- Drive channel sales initiatives to increase market share and brand visibility.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales professionals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for marketing, logistics, and product feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- 15+ years of relevant experience in dealer/channel sales in the tyre, battery, lubricants, or auto ancillary industries.

- Strong regional knowledge of Western India markets.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
