Reinsurance Underwriter - Property Sector - Insurance

We are hiring for Reinsurance Underwriter - Property (5 - 8 years) and Senior Reinsurance Underwriter - Property (8 - 12+ years) with an international insurance & reinsurance group, to manage commercial and industrial property risks, including Property Damage, Business Interruption, and catastrophe - exposed business across facultative and treaty reinsurance.

Experience:

- Underwriter (Junior/Mid Level): 5 - 8 years of relevant experience

- Senior Underwriter: 8 - 12+ years of relevant experience

Key Requirements:

- Experience in Commercial & Industrial Property underwriting

- Exposure to Property Facultative and/or Treaty Reinsurance

- Strong understanding of Property Damage, Business Interruption, COPE, EML/PML and CAT exposure

- Experience in risk assessment, pricing and portfolio management

- Ability to analyse and assess large commercial and industrial risks

- Fluent English communication skills

- Must be comfortable in a client - facing role, including direct interaction and face - to - face meetings with clients/brokers
