About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Person Pipe Extrusion Machinery to join our dynamic team.

- The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in capital equipment sales, specifically within the plastic processing or pipe extrusion industry. This role demands a blend of technical understanding and commercial acumen, aimed at driving sales and fostering long-term client relationships across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for plastic pipe extrusion machinery within the assigned territory.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and key decision makers in the plastic processing industry.

- Conduct in-depth technical and commercial discussions with clients, offering customized solutions to meet their specific manufacturing needs.

- Collaborate closely with the internal engineering and service teams to ensure seamless pre- and post sales support.

- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, quotations, and commercial proposals.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets in line with organizational goals.

- Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and customer events.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in selling plastic pipe extrusion machinery or similar industrial equipment.

- Strong understanding of capital goods sales within the plastics or manufacturing industry.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, from lead generation to contract closure.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
