Position Summary The person will work as a part of MD's Office supporting business reviews, preparation of confidential documentation, corresponding at all levels of the organization for strategic project monitoring, action items tracking and office and travel management Responsibilities - Act as a primary POC for the MD for the internal and external stakeholders - Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action using judgement to reflect MD's office' way of working - Assist the Business leader in effective decision-making - Research, compile, prepare and update confidential discussion documents and briefs in time-sensitive manner - Preparing basic data / presentations / reports / analysis with high quality - Support monitoring of strategy execution across functions - Plan and coordinate arrangements for professional conferences; review, proofread and update documents Work closely with the MD on areas not limited to: - Calendar management and support - Arrange and manage business reviews through a structured approach to ensure driving completion of required actions from stakeholders - Create appropriate escalations to ensure timely target achievements - Travel / Expense / Approval support Growth Path The person will have a customizable growth path where he/she will grow to a Strategy Manager position and / or can grow to take-up specific business-side assignment / role Qualifications - MBA + Any Graduation - 2 to 5 Years of Experience Competencies / Skills : - Strong prioritization skills - Excellent attention to detail without much supervision - Ability to read the pulse and anticipate best way forward - Highly-developed communications skills (written/verbal) - Proficiency in MS Office - Ability to work independently and with professional discretion - Good writing and editing skills
