Regulatory Reporting Role

Compliance Testing & Regulatory Reporting

We are looking for an experienced Compliance professional with strong exposure to NBFC compliance, RBI regulations, Compliance Testing and Regulatory Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct compliance testing and thematic reviews across business functions

- Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies and SOPs

- Manage regulatory reporting submissions to RBI and other authorities

- Support RBI inspections, internal audits and compliance reviews

- Identify compliance gaps and drive timely remediation and closure

- Monitor regulatory changes and support implementation

- Prepare compliance MIS, dashboards and management updates

- Collaborate with Risk, Audit, Legal, Operations and Business teams

Candidate Profile:

- 8 - 12 years of experience in Compliance Testing, Regulatory Compliance, Audit or RBI Reporting

- Strong understanding of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs and lending

- Experience handling regulatory inspections and audit or compliance closures

- Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills
