Education: CA mandatory

1.) End to end supervision and monitoring of regulatory reporting requirements ensuring timely and qualitative submission to Regulator on periodic basis

2.) End to end Monitoring and review of a health check reports on the various system data points from a regulatory perspective and identification of gaps and finalization of mitigation measures in alignment with concerned stakeholders for the purpose of Regulatory Submission

3.) End to end Handling of annual / periodic Regulatory inspection / Statutory Audit/ Internal audit for all kind of regulatory reporting and disclosures

4.) Ensuring detailed analysis of all kind of regulatory reporting requirements and finalization of data points / process where automation is required for automated data flow and monitoring and implementation of Automation project for regulatory reporting in co-ordination with various cross functional teams

5.) Monitoring and review of control charts used for preparation and submission of regulatory returns and adhoc information and ensuring timely updation of the same in line with change in regulatory guidelines or as per change in business / functional process.

6.) Implementation of data point ownership project across cross functional teams for the purpose of regulatory submission and implementation of system reports for the same.

7.) Monitoring and presentation of the findings and actionable to management for issues identified in data required for regulatory reporting and mitigation measures

8.) Ensuring monitoring and review of approach notes for various kinds of regulatory submission and timely updation of the same

9.) Implementation of change management process for regulatory submission across cross functional teams.

10.) Ensuring effective co-ordination with multiple cross functional teams for alignment of information required for Regulatory submission
