Description:



Job Title - Regulatory Reporting Analyst



Location - Gurugram (8 office days per month)



Experience - 5+ Years



Notice Period - Immediate Joiner



Required:



- Qualification - B.com/BCA/B-tech/MBA



- 5-7 years of technical hands-on Experience on SAS/Python/Tableau



- Understanding of Balance Sheet and P&L statement and knowledge of Mortgage market would be an added advantage.



- Hands-on SAS experience and other reporting/analytical tools like Tableau, Python etc.



- Excellent communication skills



- Ability to submit the returns / large volume data sets via Axiom (Reg report submission tools) and understand and manage data validation processes to diagnose and triage of validation failures.



- Technically proficient working with cloud-based solutions and datasets, using python or similar query tooling.



- Comfortable at communicating with stakeholders on complex issues, across all levels of seniority.



- A proven track record of task delivery in an analytical, regulatory, or reporting context and able to deliver to tight deadlines, work flexibly and adapt to changes in priority.



Key Responsibilities:



- Maintain/Run/Amend the existing SAS codes/queries being used in the process along with writing new codes based upon the Regulatory requirement/changes.



- Production of regulatory outputs on an accurate and timely basis, including calculating and posting of all planned and ad hoc adjustments to the agreed timelines.



- Ensure that regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis reporting requests are completed to a high standard, supporting internal monthly franchise and legal entity reporting. Providing assurance for regulatory compliance and monitoring.



- Maintaining and enhancing interfaces and processes within regulatory reporting.



- Contributing in production of Mortgage reports accordance with Regulatory guidance.



- Driving engagement surveys in your business area, and taking ownership for the design and delivery of necessary action plans to enhance engagement levels.
