Main responsibilities:  Mobilize the different project actors in order to deliver on time and within budget.  Open positions concern the following products: Equity – Bonds – CDS – IRD – FX  - Analyze current processes of testing program for FCA purpose  - Propose organizational (process / scope change) to improve testing program for FCA based on concrete issues faced during the past years  - Increase scope to AMF regulatory reports  - Assess initial estimation of these solutions while working with ITEC to achieve full costing estimation  - Participate in solution implementation  - Document business requirements  - Frame and document test plans  - Execute tests  - Coordinate different project actors in accordance with project plan  - Participate in change management  - Document User Guides  - Change management: prepare and implement trainings, user support  Project management:   - Respect budget constraints  - Manage project plan  - Monitor project progress and anticipate risks  - Alert management / sponsor in case of slippage or any other risk  - Propose solutions  - Ensure quality of deliverables  - Ensure project reporting on relevant domain of responsibility  - Actively report to Project Committee  - Reliably and rigorously record and input time spent in the relevant tool   - Document the Opportunity study, Feasibility study or Project execution   - Establish and maintain good relations with clients  - Pay attention to client requirements  - Ensure high level of client service and prompt response to client queries  - Work closely with Paris project team  Skills / Experience:  - Post graduate studies (+5 years) with a specialization in finance  - Professional experience in capital markets (between 3 to 7 years) with strong knowledge of products and Front to Back processes  - Project management especially concerning regulatory topics  - Rigorous and well organized, strong analytical skills  - Independent, creative in identifying solutions  - Capable of monitoring various projects within sharp deadlines  - Team spirit  - Proficiency in written and oral skills  - Interest in Information Systems  - Fluent English is indispensable  Share your updated resume ASAP
