1. Prior work experience in Compliance Risk Assessment, Compliance Testing and Monitoring for the Banks 2. Well versed with RBI/SEBI/NPCI regulations/AIF, AMC, Merchant Banking/ Companies Act 3. To undertake Compliance Risk Assessment for a bank 4. Previously led Compliance Audit, Compliance Review, testing & monitoring 5. Previously worked on Global Regulatory and RBI regulatory Reporting requirement 7. Excellent Report and policies drafting skills 8. To provide Compliance oversight and advisory support to the businesses, to ensure regulatory compliance and to manage overall Compliance risk in the business. 9. Prior work experience in Conducting Thematic / Spot Reviews as per the Compliance Testing Plan
