Client is a Global Bank with offshore unit in Mumbai. Role specs: The role involves managing a portfolio of Financial Institutions [FIs] & Regulated Funds [Pension Funds, Mutual Funds. Hedge Funds , PE Funds] clients from EMEA region. This role involves undertaking thorough credit research & analysis on Corporate counterparties across sectors, rating them and writing high quality Credit Memos 1. Manage a team of corporate analysts along with a portfolio of corporate clients 2. Undertake periodic credit analysis of existing corporate clients which includes assessment of business, management and financial profiles. 3. Support the EMEA team in initial credit related due diligence for prospective clients by undertaking comprehensive credit risk assessment and assigning ratings 4. Track various market movements and sector level developments, which are relevant to the performance of clients and their risk profile Candidate Specs: 1. Must be in a similar role with a Rating Agency or a Bank 2. Must be flexible to work in a India shift [8.30 AM to 5.30 PM ] & UK Shift [1.0 PM - 10.0 PM] Cab facilities shall be provided. 3. Open to relocation candidates also; but hybrid work from Mumbai.
