Role Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Sales Specialist with 35 years of experience to drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into successful client engagements. The role involves engaging with business owners and senior decision-makers, understanding their needs, and positioning RegisterKaros services as effective solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


- Engage with inbound and outbound leads to identify client requirements and business opportunities.


- Pitch RegisterKaros corporate, finance, taxation, and compliance services to potential clients.


- Convert prospects into revenue-generating projects while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, founders, and senior stakeholders.


- Conduct detailed discussions to understand client pain points and recommend suitable service offerings.


- Present and explain service offerings in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.


- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with company policies.


- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and reporting using CRM tools.


Required Qualifications & Skills:


- 3 - 5 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or consulting-led sales.


- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, compliance, or professional services sales (preferred).


- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.


- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
