About the Role
We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-driven Brand Strategist who has built and scaled brands end-to-end. This role goes beyond social media management, a candidate should have hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand positioning.
The candidate should be comfortable owning the entire brand lifecycle, from strategy to execution, with a strong focus on business impact, not just engagement metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead end-to-end brand strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through multi-channel marketing (organic, paid, partnerships, content, etc.)
- Own and optimize digital presence across platforms (social, web, performance channels)
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes (leads, conversions, ROI)
- Build and scale brand positioning, storytelling, and messaging across all touchpoints
- Work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure brand-business alignment
- Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and funnel metrics to continuously optimize growth
- Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and experiments to scale the brand
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in brand strategy, growth marketing, or digital marketing
- Proven experience in driving revenue or customer acquisition through marketing efforts
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (social media, performance marketing, SEO, partnerships, etc.)
- Experience working closely with product and business teams
- Demonstrated ability to own and execute campaigns end-to-end
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and performance metrics
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Ability to balance strategy + execution (0 to 1 and scale)
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments
