Role - Prime LAP (Loan Against Property) Sales
Designation - Regional/Zonal Manager
Experience & Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 5-15 years of experience in LAP sales, with at least 3 - 4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing multi-location teams and achieving business targets.
- Strong knowledge of LAP products and market dynamics.
Role Objective:
To drive business growth for Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) across the assigned zone by managing sales teams, ensuring compliance, and achieving revenue and portfolio quality targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales Management
- Achieve disbursement and revenue targets for Prime LAP in the zone.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to increase market share.
- Monitor competitor activities and implement counter-strategies.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead and motivate branch sales teams across Pune, Ahmedabad, and Mumbai.
- Ensure proper training and development of team members on product knowledge and compliance.
- Drive productivity and maintain high morale within the team.
3. Channel & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key channel partners, DSAs, and connectors.
- Ensure timely onboarding and engagement of new partners.
4. Portfolio Quality & Risk Management
- Maintain healthy portfolio quality by adhering to credit and risk guidelines.
- Monitor delinquency and take corrective actions proactively.
5. Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory norms, and audit requirements.
- Implement process improvements for better customer experience and operational efficiency.
