Regional Warehouse Manager - Product Firm

We are urgently hiring for Regional warehouse management.

Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end operations of multiple warehouses (region) ensuring high SLA adherence, cost control, scalability, and client satisfaction across e-commerce and B2B fulfilment operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage more than 6 warehouses / fulfilment centers in a region

- Drive daily throughput (B2C + B2B orders), TAT, and productivity

- Standardize SOPs across sites

- E-commerce Fulfilment Excellence

- Direct interface with D2C brands / key accounts

- Own client SLAs, escalations, and retention

- Optimize cost per order, manpower productivity, space utilization

- Manage Warehouse Managers + 200-1000 manpower (3PL + blue collar)

- Work with WMS, OMS, TMS systems

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 8-15 years in 3PL / E-commerce / FMCG warehousing

- Experience in multi-warehouse or cluster management

- Strong exposure to:

a. E-commerce fulfilment

b. High SKU complexity

c. Automation/WMS

- Managed large manpower (500+)

- Prefer from fast-paced, high-volume operations
