Responsible for managing multiple regional warehouses, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely dispatch, and seamless operations across retail/e-commerce supply chain.

The Regional Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations across multiple locations within a region. The role includes managing inbound and outbound logistics, optimizing storage capacity, ensuring inventory accuracy, and leading warehouse teams for peak performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse operations within retail or e-commerce, with a strong focus on productivity, cost efficiency, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage operations across multiple regional warehouses.

- Oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory control processes.

- Ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely dispatches, and minimal stock discrepancies.

- Monitor warehouse performance metrics (space utilization, TAT, cost per dispatch, shrinkage).

- Drive implementation of WMS systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Manage manpower, productivity planning, and shift scheduling.

- Coordinate with logistics partners, procurement, and regional sales teams for smooth operations.

- Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and audit requirements.

- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Graduate / MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics Management.

- 6-12 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in retail or e-commerce.

- Experience in multi-location warehouse handling will be preferred.

- Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

- Excellent people management, analytical, and leadership skills.
