Job Title: Regional Trade Marketing Manager.

Location: Hyderabad.

Department: Marketing.

Reporting To: National Trade Marketing Lead.

Regions: Hyd BLR, Chennai, TG, AP, Karnataka, Kerala.

Industry Preference: FMCG, FMCD, D2C, Consumer Durables, Electronic Consumer Durables, or Product-Based Marketing Agencies.

Job Overview:

The Regional Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives, ensuring strong vendor coordination, and maintaining brand consistency across all regional retail touchpoints.

This role requires analytical acumen, hands-on execution, and a creative approach to market activation.

Key Responsibilities:


- Plan and execute BTL marketing activities including POSM deployment and brand activations.

- Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

- Conduct detailed market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.

- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all trade channels.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless campaign execution.

- Monitor trade marketing budgets, optimize spends, and drive cost efficiencies.

- Drive innovation by introducing new trade marketing elements that boost engagement and visibility.

- Ensure adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time) by streamlining execution processes for greater efficiency.

Must-Have Skills:


- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Trade Marketing with a focus on BTL execution.

- Strong hands-on experience in vendor management and working with cross functional teams.

- Expertise in market analysis and benchmarking to support strategy decisions.

- Creative and strategic thinking for innovative retail branding solutions.

- Strong material knowledge with an understanding of branding procurement and pricing dynamics.

Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing or a related field.

Preferred background in FMCG/FMCD/D2C/Consumer Durables/Electronic Durables or relevant agencies.
