Regional Supply Chain Manager - eCommerce

Description:

- Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize supply chain operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless production planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and vendor management to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and enhance efficiency.

- Lead Production Planning (PPC) and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

- Manage materials management, vendor management, procurement sourcing, and warehouse operations across multiple locations.

- Oversee Pan-India logistics, including 3PL/outsourced warehouse activities and monitoring

third-party performance.

- Handle stock replenishment between warehouses and ensure timely distribution.

- Plan and execute local distribution strategies including route planning and milk-run operations.

- Collaborate with planning and purchase teams to ensure 100% order fulfillment and timely availability of materials.

- Develop and implement cost-control strategies across supply chain functions.

- Explore, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to strengthen sourcing capabilities.

- Maintain detailed records, generate reports, and ensure compliance with contracts and agreements.

- Utilize ERP systems for inventory management and reporting.

Key Skills Required:

- Procurement of packaging materials

- Warehousing and logistics management

- Vendor development and evaluation

- Demand planning expertise

- Strong ERP knowledge (preferred)

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Education:

- Graduate degree required

- MBA in Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in e-commerce and retail industries.

- Proven track record of managing multi-location warehouses and logistics operations.
