Sales Manager - Poultry Industry We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help us grow our business in the poultry industry. Your main goal will be to achieve and exceed sales targets while building strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the sales team to meet sales goals. - Create and implement plans to grow our customer base and strengthen our market presence. - Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives; monitor their performance. - Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports to management. - Identify new market opportunities and stay updated on competitors and new products. - Generate new business and manage collections. - Handle company products and attend training sessions. - Maintain accurate daily sales reports and other required documentation. - Address customer issues, complaints, and requests promptly. - Meet with current and potential clients to discuss their needs and introduce new products. - Develop and maintain strong sales relationships with existing customers. - Focus on increasing sales of poultry products like broilers, eggs, and feed. - Promote products that improve feed efficiency (FCR). - Expand market share by connecting with new farmers, distributors, and integrators. - Ensure sales growth contributes to overall profitability. - Manage the sales process efficiently to reduce product delivery time. - Promote a diverse product portfolio according to customer needs. Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the poultry or agri-business sector. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and customer relationship abilities. - Target-driven with good analytical and reporting skills.
