
ROLE OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Video Analytics business in North and South India. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing ecosystem partners, system integrators (SIs), and direct engagement with end users. The candidate will play a key role in shaping the market strategy, expanding partner networks, and promoting innovative video analytics solutions across target sectors including Smart Cities, Enterprise, Retail, BFSI, Transportation, and Government.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Leadership:
- Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Share market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic decision-making.
Partner Ecosystem Management:
- Identify, onboard, and manage system integrators (SIs), distributors, and technology partners.
- Conduct joint business planning with partners to drive mutual growth.
End-User Engagement:
- Drive demand generation by developing relationships with key decision-makers across verticals.
- Provide consultative selling and technical evangelism to influence end-user specifications and requirements.
Market Development:
- Map the regional market and identify new opportunities and applications for video analytics.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry forums to build brand awareness.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Share market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7-12 years of B2B sales experience in Video Surveillance, Analytics, AI/ML-based security technologies, or related domains.
- Strong network of SI partners and enterprise end users in North and East India.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a high-growth, competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with Enterprise verticals
- Understanding of AI-driven video analytics applications (facial recognition, ANPR, behavior analysis, etc.).
- Background in selling SaaS or hybrid cloud-based security solutions.
- We are looking candidates with stability in sales for North West & South region.
