Role Highlights:
- Experience: 10 - 15 years (with at least 6 -7 years in Unsecured Business Loans)
- Must have handled DSA sourcing (mandatory)
- Average stability of 23 years in previous roles
- Industry: NBFC - Unsecured Sales
- Reporting To: National Sales Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the retail loan business & achieve targeted loan book size
- Appoint, manage & scale the DSA/DST channel network
- Recruit, train & lead front-line sales teams (FOS/DSTs/DSAs)
- Ensure disbursal productivity, cost optimization & process compliance
- Drive lead generation activities, design incentive plans & boost engagement
- Maintain portfolio quality, monitor fraud prevention & support collections
